Pace University: Creating apps with impact
Professor Christelle Scharff of Pace University has used BlackBerry Academic Program resources to change the way that pupils learn and teachers teach. Pace University encourages their students to look at the impact of mobile applications beyond their local campus community. Over the past several years, students from the university have been working with teams of students from across the United States, India and Senegal, focusing their attention on ways that mobile applications could become effective tools around the world.
