Find your BBM version by completing the following steps based on your BlackBerry Device Software version.

A) If you are using BlackBerry Device Software version 4.7.1 and lower

1. Select Options from your Home screen
2. Select Advanced Options
3. Select Applications
4. BlackBerry Messenger will be displayed in the listing accompanied by the application version.

B) If you are using BlackBerry Device Software version 5.0

1. Select Options from your Home screen
2. Select Applications
3. Select Add-on
4. BlackBerry Messenger will be displayed in the listing accompanied by the application version.
