BlackBerry 10 Ready Offer
Terms and Conditions
Offer open to Canadian and U.S. BlackBerry Enterprise customers with a minimum Advantage Level T-Support (“Customer”). To participate, visit www.blackberry.com/blackberry10ready register for the BlackBerry 10 Ready Offer (“Offer”) on or before March 31st, 2013 (“Registration Deadline”) and follow the instructions to participate. A maximum of one (1) Advantage Level T-Support code (“T-Code”) will be permitted to be registered for each Customer. Each eligible Customer will receive one (1) BlackBerry Device Service (“BDS”) Client Access License (“CAL”) from Research In Motion Limited (“Sponsor”). Customer must install and activate the BDS server via BlackBerry Mobile Fusion and have at least one (1) employee successfully complete three (3) on-line training courses in the BB10 Ready Portal with an 80% or higher score on each at www.blackberry.com/blackberry10ready(“Conditions”) on or before March 31, 2013 (“Conditions Deadline”). If Customer already has a BDS Server installed prior to the start of the Offer, they are still eligible to participate provided that they register by the Registration Deadline and complete the Conditions as outlined above. Upon successful completion of the Conditions, the Customer will be eligible to receive one (1) BlackBerry 10 device (“Device”). There is a limit of one (1) Device per Customer. Device will be delivered by courier to Customer within four (4) to six (6) weeks (“Delivery Date”). If Device has not launched with Customer’s carrier by Delivery Date, Device will be delivered to Customer within four (4) to six (6) weeks of launch with their carrier. There is a limit of 6,210 BDS CAL’s and 6,210 Devices available to be distributed. Each will be available while supplies last. BDS CAL’s and Devices will be distributed based on the order in which the Sponsor confirms that Customer has completed the Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to amend or terminate this Offer at any time without notice. Void where prohibited by law.
