The BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.1 Free License Offer (“Offer”) is sponsored by Research In Motion Limited dba BlackBerry (“Sponsor”) and is open to BlackBerry customers who are based in a region where BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.1 is available (“Customer”). To participate, activate a new BlackBerry 10 device (“Device”) on a BES10 Server between 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 1, 2013 and 11:59:59 PM ET on August 31, 2013 (“Activation Period”). Before 11:59:59pm ET on September 15, 2013 (“Offer Deadline”), visit http://us.blackberry.com/business/blackberry-10/blackberry-10-ready/license-offer.html (“Offer Website”) and follow the instructions to submit the PIN or IMEI number (“Device Data”) of the Device(s) activated within the Activation Period (“Submission”). After the Activation Period has ended, Sponsor or its authorized representative will review all Submissions and will send Customer two (2) BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 EMM Corporate v10.1 Perpetual Client Access Licenses (“CAL’s”) for each eligible Device activated within the Activation Period. CAL’s will be delivered to Customer by email via the email address provided at the time of Submission. Allow approximately four (4) weeks for delivery. Sponsor reserves the right to verify all Device Data submitted to determine eligibility. All decisions of Sponsor are final, binding and may not be appealed. Customers may submit as many activated Devices as they wish under this Offer but a maximum of two (2) CAL’s will be issued per activated Device. Customer acknowledges and agrees its use of the BlackBerry software shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the BlackBerry Solution License Agreement ("BBSLA") and any applicable Addenda, unless Customer has a separate agreement with BlackBerry. *60-day Free Trial Offer: Limited time offer; subject to change. Limit 1 per customer. Trial starts upon activation and is limited to 50 Corporate EMM licenses and 50 Secure Work Space for iOS and Android licenses. Following trial, customer must purchase service to continue use of product. Not available in all countries. A trial system can be upgraded to a production system at any time by adding a production key either from the BES10 v10.2 trade up program or purchased from an authorized reseller. When a system is upgraded to production, the trial licenses will no longer be available. Secure Work Space option requires BES10 v10.1 or later.
