SOFTWARE UPDATES FOR IN-SUPPORT PRODUCTS
In some cases, a software update will be in the form of an individual fix specifically addressing a particular vulnerability. In other cases, the fix may be bundled in a larger update.
BlackBerry reserves the right to address issues as the company sees fit to serve the best interests of its customers.
For pre-release and out of support products, bug reports will be triaged, but a security advisory won’t be published. In these cases, RIM would acknowledge the finder of the issue.
