This area provides IT customers with the business and information management systems that enable their business processes.
Including data center services and web hosting services, this area provides IT customers with a secure, managed environment to store business-enabling applications and tools.
IT Services and Support
This team provides IT customers with the desktop tools required to fulfill their daily responsibilities. This includes standard devices, mobile devices, imaging services, desktop phone services and desktop management.
This group provides IT customers with the technical infrastructure required to function in their day-to-day responsibilities. This includes: data LAN, WAN, telephony, storage, Internet/intranet, email and messaging.
Providing technical and professional support services, this team maintains IT customers’ current needs and meets their future business requirements.
Put your mark on one of the most well-known brands in the world. The BlackBerry® Operations team manages daily operational issues to maintain high availability of the BlackBerry® Infrastructure. This involves reviewing and addressing all incidents and issues affecting the BlackBerry network service, assessing system change requirements and planning for successful implementation of these changes.

This group designs, implements and administers security for the Corporate Data Network.
BlackBerry Notifications Operations
This group sends network notifications internally and externally to customer and partner distribution lists accurately, consistently and within strict timelines. While monitoring many aspects of the BlackBerry service, this group actively contributes to its overall availability, and involves 24/7 rotating 12-hour shifts.
Our global Security Analysis team is responsible for risk management and ensuring compliance to information security policies and procedures.
