As a member of our Sales team, you’ll play an integral role in marketing BlackBerry® products to our clients as we deal directly with corporate customers, carriers and indirect channels.
The BlackBerry Sales team is involved in:
- Driving the BlackBerry sales strategy
- Presenting product updates to clients
- Giving program overviews such as sales incentives and customer promotions

Sr. Business Development Manager
Carrier Sales Management
This area involves working with carrier sales personnel on sales planning and identifying opportunities and customer requirements leading to BlackBerry solution sales. This involves presenting product updates, program overviews, sales incentives and customer promotions to the wireless carrier sales organization.
Technical Account Management
In Technical Account Management, providing technical expertise and articulating the BlackBerry solution to customers and Carrier Sales Engineers is critical in helping to remove technical issues within key corporate accounts. It is also key in helping the carrier to develop increased customer confidence in the BlackBerry solution.
The Solutions Consultation team is a major element of our Sales strategy. This group strategizes with customers and partners to develop compelling business cases for leading-edge mobility enterprise solutions. While working with and supporting the BlackBerry Sales teams, they analyze customer needs and together discover the best mobility solutions to meet those needs.
