Clients of Codetalker Technologies often work in the field and need almost instant translations. The company was looking for a partner to support an application that would provide its customers with an easy, reliable and scalable translation solution 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Solution

Codetalker Technologies partnered with Penrillian®, a solution provider based in the U.K. who designed a version of the Codetalker mobile application for BlackBerry® smartphones.

The application provides a remote database lookup of on-duty interpreters for a specified language.

The application, also called Codetalker, initiates the call between the user and interpreter for live translation services
