Intelligarde was relying on a paper solution to track location, productivity and attendance of its security guards. The company needed a streamlined process across the business to facilitate growth and provide its customers with indisputable proof of service.

Solution

Intelligarde implemented a BlackBerry® digital reporting and tracking solution to streamline business processes and client protocols. Intelligarde also deployed software on the BlackBerry smartphone for GPS tracking, mapping, electronic reporting, guard tours and two-way radio communications. Patrol Garde from SkyNet was also deployed to dispatch and monitor progress of patrols from the BlackBerry smartphone.
