Challenge

Most staff working at Lowe Lintas, India are expected to record time spent working on different projects. Employees are expected to enter their time at the end of each day but in the past, the process often got impacted because employees could only enter time from their computers in the office. A way for its traveling employees to quickly respond to inquiries was also needed.

Solution

Lowe Lintas, India  deployed the BlackBerry Enterprise Server and equipped 200 company employees with Blackberry® smartphones. A time-entry application was built to enable employees to log their time into the system using their BlackBerry smartphones.
