Challenge needed to maintain and grow its supplier pool. The company faced a significant geographical challenge, as suppliers were not located near Jakarta where the firm is based. The sales team at needed a communications tool which could help them stay in contact with customers and suppliers and provide quick responses to their inquiries.

Solution equipped the members of the sales team with BlackBerry® smartphones. It also deployed a free app called Dropbox for BlackBerry so the sales team could download, archive, share and view files. With the Dropbox app installed, suppliers can send the team a link to view images and details of new products on their BlackBerry smartphones, instead of sending large attachments via email.
