  • Surrey County Council wanted to find new ways to save time and money by reducing paperwork, particularly when providing services for young people
  • The existing reporting process was costly and slow and by the time the reports on how the unit was performing according to its KPIs were compiled the data was out of date
  • They wanted a solution that would enable the youth workers to report more proactively and quickly on the services provided to young people
