BlackBerry Incident Based Support for Developers is a pay-for-support program that allows you to contact Research In Motion (RIM) for any development issues that require assistance from the RIM Application Development Support Team.
This support program covers developers using any of the available BlackBerry® development tools and approaches listed on the BlackBerry Developer Zone.
Note that all bugs should be reported using the Developer Issue Tracker and support will be provided for free in the Developer Support Forums from both the community and RIM development experts.
Please note that you will only be charged at the end of the incident, and only if the incident is deemed chargeable. You will not be charged for incidents related to software defects, known issues, signature keys or issues with our web site.
