  2. Questions about eligibility
    1. Who is eligible for this offer? The full terms and conditions can be found at Free BlackBerry PlayBook Tablet Offer 2012 ("Offer"). As long as it's submitted during that period, when it's accepted you will qualify for the free BlackBerry PlayBook

  3. Questions about apps
    1. How long will it take for my app to be approved in App World? Due to the wide interest in this offer, we cannot provide accurate timeframes. We’ve put as many resources as possible onto the effort and will work through them as quickly as possible. You will receive email communication on both the offer and status of your application. Don’t worry though, as long as your app is submitted during the qualifying period you are eligible. Even if the app is declined for BlackBerry App World, you just need to fix it and resubmit. When it’s approved you’ll qualify, as long as the original submission was during the qualifying period.
    2. Does my app need to be submitted or approved by the deadline on Monday, March 2 to receive a free PlayBook? It only needs to be submitted to App World by March 2, and once it is approved you will be eligible for a PlayBook
  4. Other Questions

    2. Where can I get support to bring my app to BlackBerry App World? Start at the BlackBerry Developer Zone. Explore the developer support forums where other developers and members of the Developer Relations team can help answer your questions. The BlackBerry Developer’s Blog has a number of helpful articles as well.
    3. If my app is approved, does the PlayBook need to be commercially available in my country so that you can send it to me? That is part our terms to ensure we’re legally allowed to ship a BlackBerry PlayBook to you. However, we will make every effort possible to get the tablet to you. And, we’ll work with you in situations where it’s not possible to ship directly to you.
    4. When do the free PlayBooks ship? How long does this shipping take? When you’re app is approved, we will send you an email to enter your shipping information. We then pick and pack your BlackBerry PlayBook and send you an email with the tracking number.
    5. Is this offer open to devs who got a PlayBook during the last offer, but are developing a new app? The offer is open to any developer that submits a new application during the qualifying period.
