As of the earlier of, (i) your agreement to the version of the BlackBerry Solution License Agreement updated on September 20, 2012 (BBSLA), and (ii) November 20, 2012, your use of your BlackBerry Prosumer Services is governed by the terms and conditions of the BBSLA for your jurisdiction, a copy of which can be found at www.blackberry.com/legal. The following copy of the BlackBerry Prosumer Services Agreement which was effective prior to such time is made available by Research In Motion (RIM) as a convenience to you.
