The Challenge

Administrators wanted to incorporate new technology into the curriculum to meet the needs of the 21st century learner, while still maintaining some control over content, usage and classroom etiquette.

The Solution

BlackBerry® smartphones were deployed in grade 1 through grade 12 classrooms. Administrators and teachers across the school district incorporated the technology into hands-on learning activities for their students, such as integrating the smartphone into lessons or even field trips.
