The Challenge
Daesang Corporation sales personnel spend a great deal of time in the field in order to maintain close contact with customers. Their limited connectivity outside of the office prevented them from providing a timely response to urgent queries, or from accessing immediate sales information for clients.
Solution
- Daesang Corporation decided to deploy a BlackBerry® solution consisting of BlackBerry smartphones and a BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, which provided its sales representatives with constant, immediate access to Daesang’s ERP system, inventory tracking, contacts and calendars so they could have the latest information with them at all times.
