The Challenge

Dobbin Neo Ltd./Neo Valves Ltd. had partnered with Tenet Computer Group Inc. to build a web portal for customers and sales staff to review orders, check prices, track inventory and view shipping information. However, sales staff were mobile and didn’t always have access to computers, so often had to call the customer service line to obtain information.

The Solution

Dobbin Leo Ltd. worked with Tenent to develop a BlackBerry® smartphone application called DobbinLink that is designed so staff can review business data on the go. The application works in conjunction with the company’s BlackBerry® Enterprise Server deployment, allowing employees to access corporate information in a highly secure and central way.
