The Challenge
In order to make important decisions and provide customer service in a timely and efficient matter while Hyundai Hysco’s senior executives and sales team out of the office, the company’s IT Department looked for a mobile platform solution that had to be efficient, customizable, easy-to-use and as secure as possible.
The Solution
Hyundai Hysco’s IT department deployed the BlackBerry® solution, including BlackBerry® smartphones and the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server. Mobile platform is designed to be managed centrally and would integrate efficiently within the company’s existing corporate IT infrastructure. It allows users to access sensitive information and communications on the go. Email data is encrypted and compressed thanks to the security features.
