The Challenge
Intelligarde was relying on a paper solution to track location, productivity and attendance of its security guards. The company needed a streamlined process across the business to facilitate growth and provide its customers with indisputable proof of service.
The Solution
Intelligarde implemented a BlackBerry® digital reporting and tracking solution to streamline business processes and client protocols. The company also deployed software on the BlackBerry smartphones for GPS tracking, mapping, electronic reporting, guard tours and two-way radio communications. Patrol Garde from SkyNet was also deployed to dispatch and monitor progress of patrols from the BlackBerry smartphones.
