The Challenge
As a small business, Transformation Associates required a solution that would help build long-term relationships with clients and maintain business viability.
The Solution
The company deployed five BlackBerry® smartphones running on BlackBerry® Enterprise Server Express, which gave consultants the ability to access everything on their smartphones including email, calendar, tasks and attachments. The solution is helping to enhance communications internally among consultants as well as with clients.
