Tryst and XS, Las Vegas’ most talked about luxury nightclubs, required an easy to use communications technology that was immediate enough for the needs of a busy, dynamic club environment.

The Solution

Tryst and XS started using BlackBerry® smartphones and BlackBerry® Messenger (BBM™) as a business communications tool. The marketing and operations staff developed BBM groups for real-time communications and used applications to promote the venues and research clients. Staff was also able to enter reservations into UrVenue, a nightclub reservation system, directly from their BlackBerry smartphones.
