Staff routing is another challenge especially when there are unpredictable changes to schedules and service locations which make dispatching the workforce even more challenging.
Solution
UrbanVirons partnered with Xora to deploy BlackBerry® smartphones with Xora GPS TimeTrack. The Company is more effectively managing its mobile workforce and managers are able to assign schedules, jobs and itineraries to employees in the field with help from the Xora GPS TimeTrack, sinARgTM analysis and reporting software, and the BlackBerry solution. It is easily to manage the field staff routing and dispatching by using the GPS location tracking feature of the app.
