The Challenge
Young Drivers needed to stay connected with young students, prevent missed appointments and retain the best driving instructors. The company needed a standard company-wide mode of communication that would help mobile instructors get quick updates on the status of their appointments and enable them to reschedule appointments efficiently.
The Solution
The company equipped its instructor force across Canada with BlackBerry® smartphones so instructors could stay connected with students, parents and the head office for lesson updates while on the road.
