If you purchased your BlackBerry® Technical Support Services subscription directly from Research In Motion (RIM), you’ll receive renewal notifications 90, 60 and 30 days before your subscription expires. A BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscription generally runs for a 12-month period and is renewed by mutual written agreement between your organization and RIM.
After your organization pays the renewal fee, the renewal becomes effective on the day following the expiry of the previous maintenance period. RIM reserves the right to increase the program fees according to its standard rates then in effect.
Renew Your Subscription or Purchase Optional Services through a BlackBerry Partner
To renew your BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscription or purchase optional services through a BlackBerry reseller, contact the reseller prior to the expiry date of your subscription. Search the North American VAR locator to find a reseller
Renew Your Subscription or Purchase Optional Services Directly through RIM

North American customers can visit the BlackBerry Store and complete their renewal using the order form available within the BlackBerry Technical Support Services section.
During the renewal process, you’ll need the following:
- BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscription code
- BlackBerry® Enterprise Server SRP ID(s)
- Total number of active Client Access Licenses (CALs)

Include the following information in your fax:
- Credit card number, type and expiration date or Purchase Order number
- Legal company name, address and telephone number
- Card holder or bill-to company name, address and telephone number (if different from legal company name)
- BlackBerry Technical Support Services Level being purchased and price
- BlackBerry Enterprise Server SRP ID(s)
- Total number of Client Access Licenses (CALs) on BlackBerry Enterprise Server(s)
- All applicable taxes
