Contact BlackBerry Technical Support by calling the appropriate regional number from the drop down menu above. Upon entering the telephone menu, select option 2 for technical support, then option 1 to enter your Subscription Code. To call in for an existing support ticket, select option 1 and enter your ticket number.

Contacting BlackBerry Technical Support

Basic Support customers can contact BlackBerry Technical Support by submitting an incident electronically through the BlackBerry Expert Support Center. To submit an incident, click on the My Service Requests icon in the Tools menu.

Enhanced, Advantage, Standard, Premium and Elite Support customers can contact BlackBerry Technical Support electronically or by phone. The support phone number can be found in your Welcome Package in the BlackBerry Expert Support Center. To access your Welcome Package, click on My Subscriptions in the Tools menu, then click the Support Features link in the top right corner.

Renewing your BlackBerry Technical Support subscription

To renew your BlackBerry® Technical Support Services subscription, contact your authorized BlackBerry reseller prior to the expiry date of your subscription. Search the North American VAR locator to find a reseller.

When contacting your reseller or the BlackBerry Sales team to renew your subscription, please have the following information on hand:

  1. BlackBerry Technical Support Services subscriber code
  2. BlackBerry® Enterprise Server SRP ID (What’s this)
  3. Total number of active Client Access Licenses (CALs)
