Virtual Classroom Training
Convenient, online Virtual Classroom Training provides a flexible option for shorter training sessions and geographically diverse employees. Email blackberrytraining@rim.com to discuss your training needs and arrange a session.
Web-based Training
Web-based Training allows participants to learn at their own pace in an interactive environment through a combination of product information, interactive simulations and quizzes. View the catalog of fee-based online training
Instructor-led Training
Instructor-led Training connects you directly with enthusiastic trainers who are skilled at helping you understand, absorb and retain knowledge. On-site sessions can be customized to your business location by emailing blackberrytraining@rim.com or you can register for a course at a location near you
Self-paced Virtual Training
Self-paced Virtual Training allows participants who can’t travel to an Open Session to learn at their own pace in an interactive environment. This training format offers over 15 hours of content, an online e-Tutor and e-Labs that allow users to interact with BlackBerry software.
