Move your phone and data service

1. Remove the SIM card from your old device.
2. Insert the SIM card into your new BlackBerry smartphone.

Move your email service

1. Launch the Setup application on your new smartphone.
2. Touch/click the Email Account(s) icon.
3. Follow the prompts to move your email account(s) to your new smartphone.

Move your social networking applications

1. Launch the Setup application on your new smartphone.
2. Touch/click the Social Networking icon.
3. Touch/click the application(s) you'd like to set up and follow the prompts.

Move your apps from your old BlackBerry smartphone to your new BlackBerry smartphone

1. Launch the BlackBerry App World™ storefront application on your new BlackBerry smartphone. If you don't see the BlackBerry App World icon on your Home screen, you may need to download the application. Get the BlackBerry App World application
2. Touch/click the My World icon.
3. Log in or create a BlackBerry® ID account.
4. Follow the prompts to migrate your previously purchased apps to your new BlackBerry smartphone.

Note: not all applications will be compatible with your new BlackBerry smartphone.
