You’ll need a BlackBerry® ID login to download BBM™. Learn about BlackBerry ID.
To download BBM from your desktop, visit BlackBerry App World™.
Or, to download BlackBerry Messenger from your smartphone, open BlackBerry App World from your Home screen and follow these steps:
- Click Categories.
- Click Apps.
- Open the IM & Social Networking category.
- Click Instant Messaging.
- Click on BlackBerry Messenger.
- Click Download.
