You’ll need a BlackBerry® ID login to download the BlackBerry Protect app. Learn about BlackBerry ID.

*To download BlackBerry Protect an applicable consumer data plan is required

To download the BlackBerry Protect app from your desktop, visit BlackBerry App World™.

Or, to download BlackBerry Protect from your smartphone, open BlackBerry App World from your home screen and follow these steps:

  1. Click Categories.
  2. Open the Apps category.
  3. Scroll down and select Productivity
  4. Click on Productivity apps
  5. Click on BlackBerry Protect
  6. Click Download*.

Go to BlackBerry Protect website

*BlackBerry Protect cannot be used on a device that is configured to work with the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server.
