The Troubleshooting Toolkit is in the process of being decommissioned and will no longer be available as of June 1st. The following self-serve resources will continue to be available to assist customers with troubleshooting.
For hardware issues such as Audio, Device Switch, Display, Location Services, Navigation and Input, Ports, Power, and Sensors, please use the BlackBerry Virtual Expert tool to assist with troubleshooting.
